Solar was resistant to AI change and a colleague was pushing hard to get them to adopt it in a more open way but the communication was hitting a wall. I volunteered to produce…

Customers couldn't track their items from within the site. We needed a way to let users track their goods directly from the order overview page, using our N-shift access, rather than send them away to find their products.
Solar's onboarding had no pop-up dismissal and no way to learn what customers wanted, missing chances to capitalise on new users. I interviewed staff and customers to find what worked, then improved onboarding for both sides.
We had a vast number of colours in the design system needing drastic reduction and alignment across regions and departments, to cut confusion and reduce workload for every employee affected.
Spotted was a UX/UI project for my Career Foundry qualification. The brief was to design an app from scratch — I revisited my childhood habit of spotting rare cars on long drives and turned it into a digital version of that game.
A money-saving app for people who want quick results without the stress of everyday finances. Split into two parts — first the branding, then the app — the goal was to make saving feel accessible and clear at every step.
Most people don't use recipe apps daily, only for special occasions, and rarely have time to sort through overwhelming choice. This app helps cooks find inspiration bound by real constraints, like dietary needs or what's in the fridge.
A personal project to launch a YouTube channel about fatherhood. After recently becoming a dad, I noticed there was no dads' community like the ones mums had, and that fatherhood issues rarely got the same airtime — so I set out to change that.
The Adam Christopher range targeted high-end clients who expected a certain look. In-situ shoots weren't realistic given the cost of moving 80kg planters, so I built a ceramic-style studio to showcase the pots' artisan character instead.
With 17+ years of experience in design and 10 running my own product design and manufacture business I have a unique empathy for business and user needs
About me
What I do
I spend most of my time with my friends and family but I do also enjoy a project. Anything from business ideas, to house renovation, to YouTube to cars — I like anything to keep me busy and challenge my skills.
What I enjoy
Social time with family and friends is paramount to me, so I often spend time enjoying that with the people close to me. It's both good for mental health and something older, wiser people always say they wish they'd done more of.
My passion
My passion has always been cars, so I watch F1 when I get the chance and attend car events in the summer. The love comes from my childhood, and I have many good memories of attending car shows with my dad and friends.
